Education: Graduated the International University of Business, 2003. Majored in: finance.
Kherson ship engineering college named after F.F. Ushakov, 1987, majored in “Ship`s engines and mechanisms”

Professional experience:
1986-1987 fitter of Kherson ship-building factory.
1987-1989 service in the Soviet Army.
1989-1990 senior fireman of Regional department of fire protection Kherson regional committee
1990-1998 Law enforcement agency service in the Ministry of the internal affairs of Ukraine in Kherson region
1998-2000 director of firm “Mila”
2000-2002 security manager of Glassware factory deputy head of the security department, head of the induced penalty department, deputy head of the induced penalty department, head of the security department of the glassware factory.
2002-2005 security manager of Kherson bakery
2005-2007 assistant manager, Kherson maritime college steward.
2007 nowadays the vice-rector of administrative work of Kherson State Maritime Academy.
