First Vice-Rector of Kherson State Maritime Academy

Kulikova Liliya Borysivna (was born on June, 29th 1955, in Kherson) – Doctor of Sciences, Professor, Head of Department of Humanities, full member of Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine and Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences (Russia).

Education: Graduated from Higher Komsomol school at Central Committee VLKSM, 1979.

Majored in: history.

Professional experience:
1972-1974 controller at the Kherson factory of semi-conductor devices.
1974-1975 secretary of Komsomol committee section № 3 factories of semi-conductor devices.
1975-1979 training at the Higher Komsomol school at Central Committee VLKSM.
1979 instructor of Genichesky province committee LKSM of Ukraine.
1979-1980 secretary of Komsomol committee ship-engineering technical school.
1980-1984 instructor of Komsomol work in Kherson regional Committee VLKSM of Ukraine.
1984-1985 teacher in Kherson Pedagogical training Institute named after N.K. Krupska.
1985-1987 training in postgraduate studies in Odessa University named after Mechnikov.
1987-1997 teacher, senior teacher, senior lecturer of Kherson Pedagogical training Institute named after N.K. Krupska.
1997-2000 training in doctoral studies.
2000-2002 senior lecturer of Kherson State Pedagogical University.
2002-2008 senior lecturer, doctor of sciences, professor, head of department of History of Ukraine and Teaching Methods of Kherson State University.
2008-2011 first Vice-rector of Kherson State Maritime Institute, head of department of Humanities and Socioeconomic Studies.
September, 2011 - nowadays first Vice-rector of Kherson State Maritime Academy, head of department of Humanities.
